My daughter is so happy from the way the front pocket opens to even being able to get the lil bunny out and put it back in this book bag is so worth every doller it's well made she just started her school year with it so if anything brakes or rips I'll updated bit so far it's amazing and my daughter is so so happy with it color is just as shown as well she got pink purple one she wanted the blue but it was out of stock it's very good with it's adjustable straps.. I see many years of use out of this bag and it's def washable mostly cloth so it won't brake down after washing like when some bags seem plastic or a kinda harder water proof material.. this is not it's cloth gean or a thicker cotton completely able to wash it so it's as good as new again ... Only part plastic is the lil bag pocket that hangs and the letters are wearing off this is only her second week at school but I don't think it's a big deal since she will eventually wanna color or use stickers on that part

Edit: absolutely horrible customer service. I wrote a poor review on this bag that broke very quickly. Of course (as usual), the seller reached out via email to make it right. I was offered a refund and accepted. Then I get another email asking if I’d like a replacement. I responded I’d like the refund as I’ve replaced the bag already. Then I was ghosted. For the price and quality (and horrendous customer service), look elsewhere. I feel like I’ve been swindled and I do hope to prevent someone else for getting taken advantage of.
My 8 year old used this for one day and it’s already broken. The inside zipper pull to the “hidden pocket” has come off. This pocket doesn’t even receive any stress from weight inside the bag. Very disappointed.
Update: The main zipper to the biggest compartment broke today. Not even a week and a half after getting it. Very upsetting. I ordered a much better bag that I bought for my oldest that’s very sturdy. Disappointed in this bag. My 8 year old daughter was squealing with glee when it came in and a week and a half later, it’s going in the garbage. Don’t waste your money. It’s very cute but doesn’t hold up to a second grader. I will give it one very MINOR compliment. The bunny is completely removable so she’s able to keep that. But I did have to sew the bunny back together because the stitching didn’t hold up either. The smallest silver lining in the world I guess.
