Nice quality but a little too big
I wanted to love this ... and i kind of do, but it's so large I could barely use it on my plane ride. I do like that you can just move it around to different positions. I was able to wear it sideways and rest my head on an international flight. But then it was so bulky carrying around I got sick of it. I think it would be good for car travel or an extra pillow if you're staying in the hospital or something like that. It was just too thick for me to lean my head back. It does come in a nice bag that reduces the size a bit. It's very soft memory foam and comfy in that sense. Great quality but just a little over the top for my needs.

The biggest problem I have had in the past with travel pillows is having good enough support to keep my head and neck supported in place without the weight of my head slowly pushing the travel pillow down to where it no longer gives rigid support to my neck and head. This ends up with me having a sore neck while trying to rest. That problem has been solved with this amazing pillow. The big difference is that the back of this pillow has an elongated wing. When you position the pillow to where that elongated wing is faced upward towards the top of your head, and then turned to the side to be next to one of your ears, it acts as a perfect side support pillow so that you can lean your head against it and keep you head well supported. That keeps your neck from aching after a while from the pillow slowly being pushed down by the weight of your head. I took a couple of pictures to demonstrate how the pillow can support your head from the side.

You can also use it (as I imagine it was intended) to where it will hold your neck and head in place while resting against the back of an airplane seat. However, due to the very forward leaning angle of most airline seats, I have always found that uncomfortable because it feels like I'm leaning too far forward to find a comfortable resting position. By angling the back of the pillow (the bulky side) to the side of your head, with the back wing of the pillow facing up, it gives me a perfectly soft but rigid enough support, where I could be in the dreaded middle seat of a plane and be perfectly comfortable between the two people on either side while leaning my head left or right for support. I hope my explanation helps someone out who has similar issues with travel pillows. The skin of the pillow can also be unzipped and washed to keep it clean and sanitized after each vacation. The earplugs and eye mask are a nice added bonus and are both good quality, plus you get a travel pouch for the travel pillow to help keep it clean when not in use. This travel pillow is a game changer!!!
