I needed a mat that I could leave out and do multiple PT sessions each day. I picked this mat for the color/design, but it’s also a REALLY nice mat for my workouts! It’s one-sided, with the back a slightly more non-slip material. It’s about midrange thickness - just squishy enough to pad arthritic joints, but thin enough to feel the floor (important for my bodyweight exercises).
