Fits in my fridge
I have a pitcher wth a filter in it that takes up too much room in my refrigerator. I bought this pitcher to transfer the filtered water in to. This takes up less space in my refrigerator which is a definite plus. It is not thick glass but not super thin either. When I first opened up the package I thought "this will break". So far so good. I keep it half full, no more. I only use it in the refrigerator. My elderly Mother says it works fine but is too heavy for her over half full at a time. I wash the pitcher and it's parts every other week. I take the gasket off to make sure the nooks and crannies are clean.
