I recently went on a base camp hiking trip and could only bring and fit so much in my backpacking bags. I also had to fly to my hiking destination and only had my two carry-on bags. I needed to bring a towel with for showering and was able to stuff this pillow with my towel. This left me with more space to pack actual clothes in my carry-on bags. I usually bring a neck pillow for the plane but was able to leave my usual neck pillow at home and utilized this neck pillow because it’s saved me space in my carry-ons. It totally passed as just a standard neck pillow, and I was able to walk right on my American Airlines flight with my carry-on luggage, personal bag and this neck pillow. I like that you could adjust the tightness of the straps and it also came with a detachable carrying strap. I would recommend stuffing it very full to get the most supportive use out of the neck pillow. My thin towel alone was not quite enough to give me enough neck support while sleeping because it was under stuffed.
