I bought grey for my (middle schooler) and the pink tie die for my other (elementary) and they look great! I specifically bought this backpack with no pockets so my son does not loose stuff. But if your kid needs a lot of pockets, don't buy this. Its also a little small for his binder...but some strategic tetras and we made it work. He now keeps a lot in his locker. Lunch boxes are working out perfect as well! Nice size and strong zipper.
Idk about long term...my kids are a bit rough. I'd think we need a new one next year...idk yet.
