Color is cute, the main device feels sturdy. The strap broke after very little use which was disappointing and less functional. The light works great (turns on/off with one-quick click of the button) and the heater takes a long-press of the same button. You will know when the heater turns on as it turns green. It does take a bit to warm up, so have patience! Have not yet tied charging to know how long that takes. Used outside to keep warm on a cold Halloween night trick or treating; outdoor use would be effective. Okay value but wish the strap was more sturdy.

    I bought 3 of these for a ski trip to Switzerland. Gave one to my sister and swapped back and forth charging and using the other two.
    These were a life saver. They lasted for a good few hours. And heat up super fast when you turn them on. They heat up to the perfect temperature (that sweet spot before something gets just a little too hot) so you can hold it in your hand without needing to wear gloves. I actually tucked mine into my shirt over my heart and it helped a ton keeping me warm all over while riding up the chair lifts. (Maybe not recommended if you have heart issues or any of those other medical disclaimers)
    The strap is great for helping to keep track of them, the flashlight is a nice bonus, though I haven't really needed to use it.
    The backwards charging functionality is super handy too when your phone is on low and you just need a little bit more juice until you get home.
    They really are the perfect size to fit in even my tiny hands.
    I'm so happy I impulse bought these before my trip they were worth every penny.

    If you ski, snowboard, sled, ice skating, play hockey or attend sports games in the cold you need this hand warmer:) !!! My kids regularly ski and play outdoors in the winter. I was looking for an alternative to disposable hand warmers. This product is perfect because it lasts a long time, is double sided heat ( I tried another brand with one sided heat and realized how much more I enjoyed duel heat), recharge is consistent, durability is great, light is bright and helpful when digging through sports bags or walking to car after night games.     To the manufacturer: Please sell in two packs, I want more and look forward to new styles/features. Please offer a kid friendly options…I mean how cute would otter, polar bear, or penguin hand warmer be ( with max heat controls lower than adult settings and auto shut off at 15 minutes to save battery, maybe even a chirp noise at low battery, also a school version with case to attach to backpack ). My littles would be happy to product test, lol, they keep sneaking mine to take to school.
