I use this for lunchbox for my kinder child. It fits a main (usually a sandwich), some veggies (carrot sticks or what not) and either fruit or some sweets (on some days). And I love that it already has a ice pack included. We sometimes use this as a snack pack when we goto the park. His chips or cookies don't get crushed when I put it in this container and it also has a bag so I can just grab the handle instead of putting it in another big bag.
