Updated Review – Great Customer Service!
I originally gave this product one star because it just didn’t work for me — the bottom of the clip felt too tight and uncomfortable on my fine hair. Also, my scalp is very sensitive to any kind of tension. I’m sure this product would work well for many hair types, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the right fit for me. However, I was genuinely impressed with how quickly Kitsch responded. They contacted me immediately, apologized, and offered a full refund — no questions asked. This kind of thoughtful, proactive customer service is rare and truly appreciated. I’ve used other Kitsch products before and had great experiences, so I’ll definitely continue to support this brand. A great company that truly cares about its customers!

What I recieved did not match the picture. The clear printed plastic is in between the gold clip area like a "sandwich". Not what I expected but wonderful product. No creasing when pinning back hair which is the main purpose for the product. The Kitsch company is great if you have any questions or concerns.JJNew style.
