use a pillowcase: hard to re-stuff after washing cover
This is a wonderful product with no polyester to create static electricity in bed that may bring on a sleep problem or even initiate motor memory for previously corrected Restless Leg movement (RlS). Cold, gentle cycle, dry flat but stuff cover while it’s damp and has some give to the fabric. Or let out some of the fill… mine’s now hard as a rock, but I’ll buy another and use this for TMJ & sleeping on my back. I’ll never wash it again. Right now covering with cotton pillow case. You can’t heat this, but to the guy who got bugs - put it in freezer for two weeks as we do to kill bugs in food for long term storage.
