This is a great product. I already had an electric bottle opener. I prefer them because I have weak wrists from an injury. It worked well but I had to use a different contraption to vacuum the bottle after opening it. That pump was manual and hard to use for me. So when I saw this device where the two functions are combined I was excited. I like that it's charged with USB. No more bulky stand, like my old one. It is much quieter and just as quick as the old one. It's running on the first charge still, which is great. The pump works fine too. However, when I "release" the vacuum to take out the stopper it never sounds like it's enough "swish". My old vacuum seemed to evacuate more air. However, I do believe it's preserving the wine well. My only complaint is that it came with only one stopper. This is fine most of the time. But sometimes I open two types of wine and them I'm out of luck. Also, I'm very concerned I might loose this one stopper. No other type would fit. I have contacted the company to ask for a second one (I'm willing to pay) but they have not responded.
